Product Description

This high-precision steel chassis for 1:10 touring cars was developed for drivers seeking maximum consistency, durability, and performance . With a material thickness of 1.2 mm, it offers the same overall height as standard production chassis, combined with the exceptional driving characteristics of high-quality spring steel.

The chassis is manufactured from specially selected spring steel , offering an optimal balance of stiffness, flex, and durability. Ultra-thin precision grinding in the nanometer range and a mirror-smooth surface ensure consistent flex characteristics, high repeatability, and a very direct feel on the track.

The design is intended for the use of M3 countersunk screws with a 120° angle (flat head) . This eliminates the need for special screw types with unique shapes , improving spare parts availability and reducing operating costs.

Important assembly instructions

  • The chassis must only be mounted using 120° countersunk screws (M3, flat head).
  • 90° countersunk screws must not be used , as they will damage the holes and render the chassis permanently unusable.
  • Recommended tightening torque for M3 screws: 0.8 Nm
