The optional Awesomatix ZA (Zero Ackermann) set was specifically designed for the A800FXR front-wheel drive chassis and allows three different Ackermann levels to be tested and used.
These options allow for precise adjustment of the steering behavior to the layout, grip and personal preferences of the driver.

An overview of the Ackermann variants:

#1 – Almost Zero Ackermann

Minimal Ackermann for maximum steering angle at high speeds. Particularly advantageous on fast roads with large, flowing curves.

#2 – Low Ackermann

An intermediate stage with a balanced feel – ideal if you want to choose between direct and progressive steering responses.

#3 – Normal Ackermann

Close to the standard Ackermann profile of the A800FXR. Offers a familiar driving feel with proven steering response.
