Lightweight Lexan bodies can deform at high speeds, leading to unstable downforce and noticeable deterioration in handling. The Axxelerate Body Stopper for the Awesomatix A800R / A800RR was specifically designed to counteract this effect.

The body stopper, mounted at the rear, stabilizes the body and limits its flex under high aerodynamic loads. This ensures that the body retains its original shape even at top speed. At the same time, it significantly reduces the risk of cracking in the wheel arches, noticeably increasing the lifespan of lightweight Lexan bodies.

The development process specifically took into account the A800R/RR's unique firewall geometry. The design provides effective support without compromising the chassis's natural flex characteristics, ensuring precise handling. Made from robust, impact-resistant material, the body stopper is ideally suited for demanding racing conditions.
