This model is aimed at discerning collectors and model builders who expect the highest level of detail, high-quality materials, and an impressive finished product.

The body, weighing approximately 8 kg, is made of high-quality die-cast metal and comes pre-painted . The comprehensive kit comprises over 900 individual parts made of metal, rubber, textiles, and high-quality plastic. Assembly is mostly done by screwing and snapping ; only a few components require model glue.

A special highlight: the steering and suspension are fully functional , and the doors, hoods, and hatches can be opened just like the real thing . The red interior provides an elegant contrast to the silver exterior paintwork and underscores the exclusive character of this model.

The Original – Mercedes-Benz 300 SLR Uhlenhaut Coupé

The Mercedes-Benz 300 SLR Uhlenhaut Coupé was developed in 1955/56 as a coupé version of the successful 300 SLR racing car. Its design was overseen by Rudolf Uhlenhaut , then head of Daimler-Benz's racing car division – hence the legendary nickname.

Due to Mercedes-Benz's withdrawal from motorsport after the 1955 season, the car never saw racing action . Nevertheless, it is considered one of the most spectacular, rarest, and most valuable super sports cars of all time – with only two examples ever built .
