The iconic Tamiya Scorcher from the late 1980s returns – modernized, redesigned, and ready to dominate the off-road tracks once again. The Neo Scorcher combines the classic design with an updated, robust polycarbonate body and a striking rear wing. Large decals make decoration easy, so the model is ready to race in no time and boasts an aggressive look.

Beneath the bodywork lies the reliable TT-02B chassis , an all-round off-road suspension system that particularly impresses with its stability, ease of maintenance, and excellent handling. Together with the square-cut spiked off-road tires, the Neo Scorcher offers outstanding grip – perfect for gravel, dirt, and artificial off-road tracks.

TT-02B: Proven 4WD platform for maximum control

The TT-02B is based on the well-known TT-02 Touring chassis, but has been specially optimized for off-road use:

  • Tub chassis with skid plate design – robust and dirt-resistant
  • Shaft-Drive 4WD – reliable and low-maintenance
  • 4-wheel double wishbone suspension with long wishbones
  • CVA oil pressure shock absorbers front & rear
  • Sealed front/rear gearboxes with 4-bevel differentials
  • Easy maintenance: Upper middle section removable with only four screws
  • Four possible gear ratios (with optional sprockets)
  • Integrated receiver box and motor cover for optimal protection against dirt.

A perfect entry point for off-road fans – and at the same time a strong basis for tuning and racing.
